Payment:

We accept cash, checks or credit cards including Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover.

Sales Tax:

There is no sales tax on shoes however, there is a 5% Massachusetts state luxury tax on items over $175. The amount over $175 is taxed. There is a 5% sales tax on polish and handbags.

Sidewalk Sales:

All sidewalk sale items are final sales.

Gift Certificates:

Panza Shoe Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. You must have it with you at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:

We do not take back any worn shoes.

Unused merchandise may be returned, with a receipt, within 14 days for a full refund. If paid by check or cash you will get cash back. For credit card purchases your account will be credited accordingly.

Defective Merchandise:

Bring it back with your receipt and we will gladly evaluate it.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund.
